Our Process for Responding to DMCA Requests

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Review the request to confirm that it meets the legal requirements outlined above.
  2. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  3. Notify the user responsible for the material that it has been removed or disabled due to a copyright claim.

If we remove or disable access to content in response to a DMCA notice, the user may have the right to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification. If a counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the content unless the original claimant files a court action seeking to prevent such reinstatement.

Note: Submitting a false DMCA notice or misrepresenting the infringing content may result in legal consequences. We recommend consulting with legal counsel before filing a DMCA notice.
